Paint meat
with olive oil on all sides. Sprinkle with garlic powder,
salt, pepper and
Pisto's Sensational Seasoning.
Pat seasoning onto meat before
placing on the grill.
Note: season your meat
immediately before barbecuing to avoid blanching its juices.
When barbecue coals are
white hot, place meat on grill. Cook for 3-5 minutes
uncovered. Cover, leaving top air vent half-open, and bottom
vent open wide. Barbecue approximately 6-8 minutes or until
done. Remove from grill and slice meat at an angle into thin
cuts and serve. Best served very rare. |
